Apple Watch & Wear OS
THOT also lives on your wrist. The native Apple Watch and Wear OS apps carry over the essentials of the logbook — timer, diagnostic, visual stimuli, tables — and add guided breathing with live heart-rate tracking, a watch exclusive.

Dashboard
At a glance: sessions this week, shots fired, average precision, last activity, and maintenance points to watch (cleaning due, a document expiring soon, low ammunition stock). A read-only summary, synced from the phone.
Timer on your wrist
The timer is fully re-implemented on the watch — not a simple remote control for the phone. The same 6 modes (countdown, Par time, repeats, random beep, sound-detection chronometer, multi-hit) are available, plus heart-rate tracking during the session.
Visual stimuli
The stimulus generator (colors, letters, digits, shapes, directions) displays full-screen directly on the watch, for a dry-fire or live-fire drill without pulling out your phone. Heart rate is tracked during the drill.
Incident diagnostic
The same decision tree as on the phone, question by question, down to the same safety warning.
This tool helps estimate the likely origin of an incident. It does not replace inspection by a qualified professional. If in doubt, stop use.
Adjustment tables
Tables you created on the phone are synced and viewable read-only on the watch — handy for quick access without touching your primary device.
A THOT Pro feature on the watch, just as on the phone.
Breathing with heart-rate tracking
Three guided breathing modes, with live heart-rate tracking: Box (4-4-4-4, to refocus before a session), Triangle (4-4-4, for gentler recovery) and Energizing (4-1, to activate alertness before effort). Guided breathing also exists on the phone; live heart-rate tracking during the exercise is watch-only.
A watch-only bonus: live heart-rate tracking during guided breathing has no equivalent in the phone app.
On Wear OS, a quick-start tile launches the timer directly from the watch face, without opening the app.
The logbook follows you to your wrist
Timer, diagnostic, stimuli and breathing: the essentials of THOT, reimagined for the watch screen.
